[j-nsp] M20: routing engine halts for no reason

Hi all,

I have a M20 here with 2 Routing-Engines(RE-2.0). The RE in Slot0 works
fine, the other one not.
After finishing the boot sequence, the RE in Slot1 behaves as if someone
had pushed the offline button(which did not happen, the M20 is behind me
in the testing lab). It is obviously not a RE specific problem since the
same problem occured to the other RE when I swapped slots.
I can't find anything useful in the logfiles, just the message that the
offline button was pushed and the RE is shutting down.
Didn't find any mechanical problem either, both RE fit perfectly well
into the slots, the buttons(in the front and behind) are not stucked in
any way.
The REs are running 7.6RE1.10.

Hope you have any useful suggestions.

Best regards,
Nicolaj Kamensek
