[j-nsp] Juniper P2P connection rate limit

Hi,

Does anybody uses some kind of firewall/statefull-firewall rule to rate limit new connections to avoid too much P2P flows ?
On weekends the box recives a huge amount of all the "&#$!" p2p requests and we need to cut them down.
I have AS2PIC so either i can use fw or st-fw,anybody can share an example ?
