I recall hearing this depends on the SSB (etc.) because what the
command really does is actually just generates the desired (e.g., 10K)
different policers -- so the issue is how many policers that can
support.
My recollection is that on some older systems, 32K is the recommended
maximum and with some newer ones 64K. I'd say 10K should be
achievable.
