[j-nsp] GRE Tunnel - No Transit Traffic

Does all transit traffic not work or could it be just big packets don't
work?

Could be an mtu issue.  Maybe one of the links within the tunnel has a
small mtu size?

You could try to ping with different mtu sizes.
