[j-nsp] patch panel for 12-port fast-ethernet pic

hello, all:

i bet a lot of people here use the 12-port
fast-ethernet pic. but juniper doesn't sale the patrch
panel that connects to the rj-21 end of the cable.
could anyone here recommend a model/vendor for the
patch panel?
