[j-nsp] upgrade error

Hi..



Workaround is :



Log in to the router and escape to the UNIX shell 
Use the su command to become the root user 
Execute the verification process manually 
# /usr/libexec/ui/validate-cleanup DESTDIR=/var/tmp/validate 

Exit from the shell, and use the no-validate option to install the new
software. 
user at router> request system software add

This is a known issue.

A work-around is available by contacting JTAC.  The
work-around is also posted on our knowledge base.
For both, you need to be a registered customer with
support contract.
