[j-nsp] internal routing problem

hi,

The juniper M40 is running on JUNOS 7.4R1.7

Problem describtion:

The server can ping his own gateway. The server can ping all his
neighbours in the same /24 subnet. The server can ping all gateways
from all other networks which are configured at the juniper router.

The server can not ping anything from the internet. The server can not
ping any host in the lan. But he can ping any gateway from the
different /24 networks.

At a traceroute from the internet to the host, the ping get lost at
the juniper router.

The juniper router itself is able to ping the host ( which cant be
accessed via internet ).

Before i continue the search i wanted to ask if there are any known
software bugs or any other things. The juniper system ran for 2 months
without this problems.
