I don't see deactivated peers in "show bgp summary", nor in SNMP etc...
bad.
Obviously "noone" (with enough revenue prospect/forecast) seems to do
active BGP SNMP monitoring, ...
It also confuses peers... "peer unconfigured" (deactivate) vs. "admin
shutdown" (disable)... different BGP NOTIFICATION cease subcodes.
