The setup i place in my lab is,
CE1 ---(FE-Vlan)---- PE1 --------(E1)------PE2 --------(FE-Vlan)-----CE2
And here is my config of PE1....same will be on PE2 (some basic config has
been supressed).... VPNs are UP over GRE but no communication....even PING
with 32 or 56 Bytes got failed.

And when i enable path-mtu rsvp mtu-signaling, LSP signaled MTU increased
but there is still no success of communication between CEs.
