AFAIK J-Flow is just an attempt to call regular old fashioned NetFlow 
something other than "cflow". I'm not aware of any actual new protocol or 
functionality, and it seems like a fairly half-hearted effort considering 
the vast majority of the references are confined to J/E series. The few 
references under M series all seem to be under AS PICs in the form of:

* J-Flow accounting exports cflowd version 5 and version 8 records
