[j-nsp] M320 strange behaviour

Hello

I experience problems with M320. There are two FPCs(M320 FPC Type
3) with one 10Ge XENPAK in each FPC and these two 10Ge are aggregated.
It happens when numerously route updates are taking place. It can be
resolved by 'request chassis fpc restart slot...' but it occurs again
later
