[j-nsp] What do for a terminal server?

We have been pleased with Avocent products, as mentioned they bought
out Cyclades, but they also made serial console servers before the
Cyclades purchase.  I found some older 16-port units on ebay for a
good price.  1 Ethernet port, built-in DC converter, and very small
(you can fit several on a 1u shelf).
