[j-nsp] Removing a Filter Based Forwarding route based on next-hop address status

Is there a way to remove an FBF route if the next-hop address is down?  We
are currently using FBF (on a T320) to route certain types of traffic
differently than other types.  If the next-hop interface goes down, the
traffic is routed to a black hole.  Is there a way to avoid this?
