[j-nsp] Issues with Boot

but I have another problem, when I try to install with the Ata Flash 
Disk, it shows FreeBSD installation Menu, not the automatic install process,

Any Idea?

This will format all of it (CF and HDD) and it will fix the problem (you will loose the config).  If this does not work and you get more ad0 or ad1 errors, your CF and/or HDD are bad.  RMA it.
