[j-nsp] Buffer usage on CoS

Hi,

I need to check the buffer usage associated with a CoS on a M10i, we are having
drop packets in a CoS, however the actual traffic rate is less than 40% of the
bandwidth assigned to that CoS (the traffic is VoIP)

So, how can i check the buffer size (in bytes) and the average buffer usage on
an interface for each CoS?
