I belive Juniper M20/M40 uses following memory for SSB.
Smart Modular Technology
Part Number : SM572088094D6G6
Desc : 64MB 168pin ECC memory
You can check with your memory vendor.
MemoryTen has a couple of them in stock.

2 slots is correct but without ECC. You can upgrade a SSB-E to 128mb by
installing 2 64mb modules from 2 SSB-E in just one SSB-E.
