[j-nsp] ATM2 IQ PIC maximum cell limit

hi everyone, a coworker ask me to forward a question to the list, can 
any one clarify on this issue ?


In the following link there is an explanation regarding the 
configuration of IP queues in a VC using the  ATM2 IQ PIC

but I am not sure about the maximum limit of 64000 cells per queue

Is this limit for each  VC or for the whole PIC ?
