If there is a setup where the customers are able to connect to another
erx or similar this is a good choice.
But, we're having mostly a setup where no other ERX can take over.
There we're doing things like software upgrade or other maintanence
during deep night hours with previous info letter to affected customers.

For customers connected via L2TP, we take out the affected ERX from
tunnel-endpoint rotation :).
