[j-nsp] SNMP trap on juniper

Ganesh, unfortunately, SNMP traps can only be sent via inet.0. If it is
a requirement for you that the traps go out via another routing
instance, you can try something like rib-groups to accomplish this.

Is the Juniper router always sends  SNMP trap via inet.0? or its depends
upon configuration.

Can we configure to send trap via other routing instance?
