  My SSG 550 chassis boots with 3GB, but ScreenOS boots with
a maximum of 2GB.  I wasn't able to boot JunOS on my
chassis.  Assuming the J4350 uses the same E7221 (as I
recall -- I'm away from my computer) chipset, it should
physically support up to 4GB as well as ECC.
