[j-nsp] RT configuration for L2 VPN and L3 VPN

Should the route target be unique if a set of PEs provide both VPLS and L3
VPN services?

To be more elaborate,

PE(rs)-1-------------------------------------------------------PE(rs)-2
I have one L2 VPN and L3 VPN configured in PE1 and PE2. Can I use same
route-target for L2 VPN and L3 VPN?
