[j-nsp] Juniper SDX-300 (interoperability with thrid party products like Cisco)

Hi,

 Though, the SDX-300 supports COPS / BEEP sessions, It
can support only JunosE and Junos ( Both ERX and
M-series). Eventhough the controlling session is COPS,
the Command line are different for other vendors.
