[j-nsp] router for IX

We are not on an IX, but I have a J2320-JH (Upgraded to 2gb ram) which
can see 1101380 routes and has 6 peers attached (2 Internal, 4
External).

I think we will start small and will use a J6350. Then when it will be  
needed we will upgrade to the advanced license.

We will just have a small throughput in the beginning, so a M7i or  
greater would not be needed in the first place.
