[j-nsp] Where to find info about log messages

Hello,

Can anyone tell me where to find info about unusual log messages?  For example I see this:

/kernel: set_pfe_sample_params: rate 0, pps 0, NH-id 0, class 2, af 2, run-len 0

and can't find any info on the web.  There're others I'd like to find out about as well.
