Hi -
Does anyone has experience with QoS in MX?

It looks like that the guaranteed rates that can be defined on a queue level
are not rates at all. From my experience they are rather weights. In other
words, if the offered load exceeds the guaranteed rate defined on a queue
level, nothing happens in terms of penalization or changing the priority of
the queue if there is congestion in the system. Very strange behavior.
