[j-nsp] Routing question

iirc, If you don't have a load-balancing policy and unless you use qualified-next-hop to set metrics or preferences for the individual next-hops, then any of the valid(reachable) next-hops will be chosen to be installed in the fib (yes, random chance).

Disclaimer: I have balancing policies configured on all my junipers, so this is totally from memory (which is vauge sometimes).

Only one will be installed in the forwarding table unless you have
configured a load-balancing policy.

And lets say you configure 2 static routes for the route 1.1.1.1 one for
each interface and no preference added to the static routes.
What will happen then?

With no dynamic routing involved. The election of path should be based
on static entries for the concerned routes.
