[j-nsp] LACP and minimum link

Hi all,
 
Do you have information regarding to this strange behavior :
 
Topology : One AE with 2 interfaces between Juniper T640 8.4R4 and Cisco
7606. LACP configured (Active/Active) and minimum link set to 2 only on
the juniper (one on the Cisco) 
 
When one of the link is shutdown on the Cisco, the AE on the T640's
coming down ! great. But the Giga Interface remaining UP still sends
LACP packets ! So the AE on the Cisco remaining up.
