[j-nsp] Filtering OSPF routes across areas

Hello Junaid,
You will need to do so in your ABR with the area-range command and the restrict 
switch.

Take into account that LSA Type 5 will not be affected by that command, it only 
controls how LSA Type 3 are injected into adjacent areas. It will apply though 
in the case your area is nssa and how LSA Type 7 are injected, or not (restrict 
switch again), as LSA Type 5 into area 0.
