I'd rather disagree with last statement. 
Well, our setup is quite different, we're using ERX'es just as they 
supposed to be used (BRAS, PPPoE concentrators in our case), and, as far 
as we can see their System Maximums is quite accurate in that setup.. 

And I appreciate Juniper for publishing them - well, every piece of 
hardware has it's hardware limitations, and to know what are they before
real-life deployment is much better then discovering 'ad hoc'.. 

Back to System Maximum for M-/MX-series: I'd also be interested
in that document, especially in the part concerning new (JunOS 9.1+) 
'Subscriber Access' feature. Just some quick questions, which are
covered fully (and accurately, as far as I can tell) for ERX, but
not for J/M/MX series: 
- how many subscribers can be hadled per chassis (or per fpc, or per
port if it's fpc/port-wide parameter) ? 
- how many policers can be attached to subscribers (again, per fpc/port) ?
