[j-nsp] Compatible RAM for RE

This was a RE-333....long time ago. Maybe the datasheet was changed over
time...not sure.

Havent tested this with a RE-400.
This ram shouldnt be more than a couple of bucks...so if you pick the
wrong one it shouldnt hurt too much.
