I'm guessing not, considering they only state IPv6 over IPv4 in the
datasheet for the tunnel services PIC:

Maybe we'll see a new tunnel services PIC in the future?

I suspect the emulated tunnel services in the J-series (and SRX, which I
just tried myself) suffer from the same limitations, in the quest to
provide an exact emulation.
