on my M10i router i had the same problem, the problem is not in the DRAM , but as mentioned before by Pekka Savola you have too big routing table which is eating the SRAM.
This is only 8MB on M7i/M10i, and there is no upgrade.
To monitor your usage of SRAM use this command:
#request pfe execute command "show jtree 0 memory" target cfeb0 (or cfeb1)

GOT: Memory Statistics:
GOT: 8388608 bytes total (2 banks)
GOT: 5006848 bytes used
This is were you problem begins.
The SRAM and this error will happen again and again as memory in that region is beeing fragmented, and yet the is no defrag tool;) to fix this.
Adjust your config to save some space in routing table, and you will be safe.
For additional help please conntact JTAC guys and just add the jtree info, this will point faster to this issue.
