Many thanks fur this hint...
Unfortunately the command doesn't work with my JunOS Release.
What JunOS are you using ?

Whith my JunOS 7.5R2.8, i had to login to cfeb0 before i can execute the 
"show jtree 0 memory".
Do you know a snmp oid for this ? Then i could setup a monitoring job.
