[j-nsp] M320 SW upgrade from Junos 8.4 to 9.2

Hi all,



plan is to upgrade our redundant-M320 boxes from Junos version 8.4 to 9.2.
We have tried the usual upgrade procedure in a lab with direct migration to
9.2. We had quite a few problems like standby RE didn't come up at all (we
had to downgrade both REs to 8.4).

What are your experiences with upgrading from 8.4?

After getting not best results from lab tests, we are thinking about
upgrading to 8.5 and then to 9.2. What should be best practice for migration
to 9.2?
