[j-nsp] Upgrade on J-series

Eric,

Is 9.1R2.10 the old version you are upgrading from? If so, do a 'request 
system software delete-backup'. This could happen if either the .md5 
file has incorrect value or the MD5 calculation of the JUNOS image is 
different.
