[j-nsp] syscall msgs - J series

Hi All,

I can see the following messages on the J series logs more often...

/kernel: chassisd pid 2944 syscall 54 ran for 1277.130 ms

The process 2944 is

2944     0     1   6   2  0 6276 select Thu06PM  ??  S    584:09.00
/usr/sbin/

The CPU utilization seems to be fine...any insights into this.
