[j-nsp] M7i crashes

Hi all:

I have one M7i; sometimes for some unknown reasons it crashes. From the console port, I can see it is in following state:

after I typed "c" and I got:

It came back up after I typed "reset". Does anyone here have any idea what is happening on this router?
