[j-nsp] TCP only drop profiles on M120

Hi list,

Does M120 support tcp only for configuring RED profile? I tried to insert
tcp protocol but no luck...

  'protocol tcp'
    protocol based classification not allowed, only 'any' protocol config
allowed
