NTP is very nicely interoperable. That means you can use Juniper routers
as NTP servers for a network of Juniper / Cisco / whatever devices, just
as you can use Cisco routers for the same job.

However, a router is *not* built to be a NTP server. You may get better
timing with dedicated NTP servers.
