[j-nsp] "Internal Server Error" on http://www.juniper.net/customers/support/

Trying to reach someone with the power to fix this...

I did send a mail to web-feedback at juniper.net, but has so far got no
answer and the problem persists.   I assume this problem is not local
as it looks the same from two different ASes:
