If you consider free, open source options, I'd look at:

	o Cacti for SNMP monitoring of the traffic interfaces are
	  carrying, health telemetry of the router, e.t.c.

	o Nfsen/Nfdump with cflowd to capture detailed traffic
	  flow information.
