Yes!  This was fixed as part of 9.3S4, but that release contained a bug that would cause copper ports to spam pause frames.

9.3R4.4 is out and contains the fix for this issue from 9.3S4.  We have tested this version and confirmed it looks good.  It's in production on some of our VCs and is working great.  Upgrades for the rest are in the works.
