[j-nsp] EX-3200-24T questions

Has this been changed in ver 10.1. I am still not able to apply a firewall filter to an interface on egress.

[edit interfaces ge-0/0/4 unit 0 family inet]
  'filter'
    Referenced filter 'CAR-FILTER' can not be used as policer not supported on egress
error: configuration check-out failed
