Update #2:

Our current issue is a BGP flap betweem the MLX-8 and a Juniper EX series,
the Juniper box is complaining with the following:

Last Error: Cease

Juniper docs indicate this could be a version mismatch, there is no explicit
version
command that I see in Foundry, has anyone else seen this problem? Does
anyone know
of any other reason the Juniper box would terminate the session based on
that error message?
