[j-nsp] J2320 as BGP router

If I'm not mistaken I got an EX3200-24T for around $3k (give or take) and I have BGP peering on it.

But don't you need the "advanced feature license" to do BGP on the EX3200
series?  That license adds thousands to the cost..
