[j-nsp] Rewriting EXP on Host Initiated Traffic

NSP-folk,

Has anyone any experience changing an exp mapping of host-initiated BGP traffic on a J-series running in packet-mode (junos)?  Seems that "host-outbound-traffic" isn't supported on J, and a rewrite rule applied to the outbound sub-interface of my BGP peer doesn't either.

We are attempting to peer over a CSC-based VPN and the BGP traffic is leaving as EXP6 and getting dropped by the VPN provider.

Please advise.
