JNCIS-E is focussed on E-series (JUNOSe platforms)

JNCIS-M is M/T series ("proper" JUNOS)

If you want the routing track, go with M.
Last time I did it, is was about 120 euro's I think

JNCIA is not a pre-requisite, although it does give you a feel of what's 
coming in the exam, just at a lower level
