[j-nsp] MX own interface packet drops

[Good One]

When you do a rapid ping to yourself on a MX box you see a small amout of packet loss. Just wana confirm if you are seeing the same at your end.

9000 packets transmitted, 8992 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 0.029/0.064/3.381/0.081 ms

You see there are 8 packets missing so the problem is when pinging the MX own interface seeing packet drops.  I have tried on different MX boxs and the results are same.
