[j-nsp] junos a/p cluster fxp0 trouble

Hi all,

I have some strange problem
2 devices SSG520 converted to j4350 with junos ver 10.0R3.10
they are in A/P cluster and everything is Ok  but when there is no  
active connections (ssh web) to one of fxp0 interface for a while this  
interface stop responding. When device is rebooted FXP0 start working  
property and I can make ssh connection to FW.
