It depends what you are trying to do with the NetFlow export; if
you are a SP and are sampling public internet traffic ingress at
all edge interfaces (ie. facing peers, transits and customers) or
ingress/egress at some edge interfaces (ie. facing only peers and
transits), you can go with the ipv4 template. Otherwise feel free
to elaborate on your scenario.
